Can you design for (WordPress/Shopify/whatever I’m using)?
We’re platform agnostic! We have worked on many different platforms and even custom-coded websites. Currently, we use WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace. We design for whatever you’re using, but we will recommend the platform that better meets your needs.
What do you need from me to get started?
We need to understand your business inside and out. For that, we’ll send you a questionnaire to learn about your products/services, audience, and what makes you stand out. This helps us figure out what you need (and what you don’t!)
When designing your website, we’ll include the content you want on your site. Meaning photos and words for your pages. If you don’t have professional photos, we can source stock imagery or direct you to photographers.
And don’t worry if you’re not a great writer. You can add copywriting to your web design package!
Do you offer retainer services?
Yes! We love growing with our clients. After your initial project, we’re available for ongoing marketing materials, website updates, and even full rebrands when it’s time. We can work hourly or on a project-by-project basis as things come up.
This seems pricey! Will it really pay off?
Absolutely! Web design is an investment. Your website is either attracting clients or costing you money. A professional design builds instant trust, while a DIY template may be cheaper, but it costs you credibility and conversions. I already have a developer, can you still help?
Yes! This is common. We can handle your design strategy, visuals and then deliver the files with all the specs to your developer. We can also collaborate with them during the build process and answer questions or stay hands-off. Whatever works best for your workflow.
