Through personal experience and her work with clients, Lisa Cooper has witnessed the power of sound healing to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Lisa was eager to share her breadth of knowledge with a wider audience. She also knew intuitively that the path to launching her sound bath and mindfulness mediation practice – Harmonious Healing – was not one she could navigate alone.
