Do you provide printing services for your clients?

It depends on what will best serve the project! We can usually handle smaller jobs like business cards. For larger jobs, we typically send our clients recommendations to some vendors we’ve used in the past. Alternatively, we’re happy to work with another company if that’s what the client desires.

How does the process work?

Great question! First and foremost, transparency is key to everything we do. As a client, you’ll know exactly what we’re doing, every step of the way. We’ve been able to fine-tune our process over the past 10 years and streamline it into an easy, enjoyable experience for our clients. Each project is different, but it typically goes like this: discovery/exploration, design, refinement, approval, and delivery.

What will I need to provide?

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we need to know as much about your business as we can. We start with a questionnaire to gather important details – service/production descriptions, target audience, and mission statement. This also helps us hone in on what exactly you’ll need from us. If your project involves web design, you’ll need to provide us with any content you want included on your site – that means photos and words. We can source stock imagery or direct you to photographers if you need images for your brand. And don’t worry if you’re not a great writer. You can add copywriting onto your package!

Do you offer retainer services?

As your company grows or changes, you’ll want your brand to keep pace with you. After you’ve worked with us, we’re happy to provide support services for your brand and/or website. Support services are available hourly or on a project by project basis.

This seems pricey! Will it really pay off?

We hate spending money too! It stinks! But, if you really think about it, you’re not just spending your money. You’re investing money back into your business. It’s an investment in aesthetics that will drive more clients to you company. Remember, we’re here to add value to your company.
