Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we sign NDAs, even before our first conversation, if you need us to. Your privacy and your client’s privacy matter to us.
What’s your capacity?
We can take on new projects most weeks. Smaller projects can start within a few days, while larger projects with multiple deliverables usually need two or four weeks of lead time. The earlier you reach out, the more we can do for you!
Can you white-label?
Yes. We’re happy to ship your project under your client’s brand or whitelabel it before launch. We also sign whatever paperwork is needed and don’t promote work we shouldn’t.
How fast can you turn things around?
It depends on the work. Quick design tweaks might be done the same day. A deck refresh or a landing page takes a few business days. Larger projects (marketing campaigns, 3D renderings, motion sequences, etc) can run for weeks. The proposal will name a specific timeline, and we’ll meet it.
Do you work hourly or by project?
We accommodate both hourly and by-project payments with an estimate. Some clients move to a monthly retainer once we’ve worked together for a while.
